Full Moon Retreat
July 19th - 21st, 2024
Join Scott Blossom and Jonathan Nobleza for a special gathering at Whispertree Retreat to explore the following questions? How do we approach personal practice in more profound and meaningful ways, beyond the fallacies of individualism? How can we embody an innate remembrance of our belonging and interdependence with one another and the natural world?
Through prayerful movement, meditation, tea ceremony, and chanting in sacred homa (fire) ritual, we’ll come together to shed light into inquiries such as how community orients and nurtures our personal practice to emerge at the speed of relationship.
Embodied Yoga and Ayurveda for Mental Wellness
at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Stockbridge, Massachusetts
April 10th - 14th, 2024
Join Scott as he guides you through dynamic and restorative yoga practices so that you can unlock the hidden pathways of Prāṇa (life force) and create a harmonious union between your mind and body.
You will traverse:
in-depth study of Āyurvedic models of psychology
how the senses are massively important to our mental and emotional bodies
develop personal and communal rituals of healing
venture into the subtle landscape of marma—the body's energy points
Yoga teaches us that the outer form of practice is determined by the inner form (i.e., how the mind and the emotions are conditioned). The most potent influence on the body is the mind which is directly influenced by how your energy is conserved or dissipated in relationship to your five senses and desires.
